Service Policy

50% of the event cost is due upon signing of contract, remaining balance is due 30 days prior to event.


If event has been paid in full and client needs to cancel services, refund of cost, less than deposit, will be owed to client as long as contractor is given 30 day notice. If after 30 days client may forfeit complete cost. Client will be given the option to reschedule once for another day and time so long as it is available.


Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and must be paid in full in order to secure date.

Client must allow contractor at LEAST 2hrs for setup at the event center/location prior to start of event.

Breakdown is Client's responsibility. Bags will be provided for used linens. The balloon arch stand should be placed in box that will be provided. If client wishes to have rental items broken down, there is an additional fee of $100.00 added to total event cost and should be included and mentioned to contractor at the time of signing contract and/or booking date.


Client will be charged for any equipment that is damaged while in clients possession (fee(s) are based on items/equipment rented and will be outlined in contract per client)
